Dan is currently head of product and investments at Leadership Now, a member organization of business leaders committed to protecting and renewing American democracy. Previously, Dan was a director at cg42, a boutique management consulting firm focusing on growth and competitive strategy. Dan has experience leading transformations at Fortune 500 companies with a focus on corporate strategy, digital strategy, and marketing strategy. He also served as Head of Strategy and Operations for Appex, a mobile software aggregator, with responsibilities spanning platform strategy, portfolio development, and M&A value creation strategies. Additionally, he served on the company's leadership team and investment committee. His industry experience includes aerospace, automotive, financial services, energy/clean tech, data products, and consumer and enterprise technology. Formerly, Dan was a senior analyst at Accenture, focusing on strategy for Communications, Media, and Technology clients and partnerships within Accenture Strategy. He is also a 2013 graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, majoring in Science, Technology and International Affairs and receiving language proficiency in Arabic. Dan's interests include technology trends and innovation, clean energy proliferation, international affairs and politics (especially in the Middle East), entrepreneurship development, and learning about new approaches to business/market strategies.
