About Dan McCauley

Currently, I am focused on new business and client delivery within WTW North America Employee Experience business, which is part of the Health Wealth & Careers business segment. I have been in human resourcing consulting for over 25 years specializing in employee listening and continuous measurement that focuses on culture, the employee experience (EX) and actionable results. My experience includes measuring EX across the employee lifecycle and translating that insight into talent management strategy and solutions. Most recently, I have been working with clients in the areas of total rewards and diversity, equity & inclusion. Across my career, I have had an opportunity to consult with more than 350 companies on both first-time and ongoing employee measurement initiatives across a broad set of industries. I received my Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Georgia.
