I’m a People-oriented Innovator, Builder, Creator, Communicator, Technologist, Evangelist, Trust-builder and Leader who enjoys challenge and competition, thrives on impact to people, and loves doing new things. Having been through a lot I can bring a lot to the table.As a strong communicator, messenger, technologist, and evangelist I “bridge the gap” of technology and business through an excellent comprehension of patterns and abstract ideas, the charisma to tailor communications, and the creativity to tell a story in ways that focus on the heart of the listener.As an innovator, creator, and builder, I enjoy roles that help people, roles with a need for creative expression, and roles where creating, architecting, designing, and building new things are in scope. Building for the positive application of technology interests me more than building for sake of the technology itself.As a leader and mentor, I thrive on seeing others raised up into greater maturity and effectiveness. I am gifted at helping people cross the divide (helping them get free when they are stuck).I value integrity, honor, kindness, faith, passion, service, thoughtfulness, and care. I bring these values to the table in any relational context as I work with people - whether employees, clients, vendors, partners, communities, or other organizations and bodies of people. Trust is very important to me, and my approach to working with people is one that prioritizes building and maintaining trust.After many years in technology, I took a sabbatical of 3.5 years for a faith-based adventure – from 2020 until mid-2023. I changed in time, and I would say that I’m a much better person now than I had been, and I have experienced a renewal of the creative gifts in me. I began some side work that I plan to continue going forward.Roles I am most interested in will leverage my values of faith, passion, honor, integrity, kindness, thoughtfulness, service, and care as well as gifts of being visionary, insightful, deep, innovative, creative, communicative, evangelistic, and a builder. I’m also interested in how technology, medicine, media, arts, and economy intersect with ethics and morals. Roles that seek to serve people are inherently interesting to me, but roles that seek to manipulate people for any reason (including profit or gain) are not.Have a role that you think would be a good fit for us both?
