I worked for the last 20+ years in the IT industry. Around 10 years as a programmer. the last 4-5 years i worked on automation using UrbanCode Deploy. I'm using mostly bash shell, python scripts for the automation part. We also created plugins for functionality which was not included in the tool. I consider myself very proficient in a Unix/Linux environment and support any problems which arise to be able to complete the automation flows. Created a fully automated flow to build an Oracle Weblogic domain for version 12 and now for version 14. Everything is based on a property file which can be filled with all the components needed in the domain(includes components used in more than 50 different domains which automated in the past- ex. queues,wtc connections,filestores,modules,etc) Also supporting other tools like Artifactory(jFrog),Kafka and MuleSoft integration from git to deployment. The automation is mostly for Oracle products(WLS, OSB, WLI, SOA) and few other type of applications(Kafka,MuleSoft, apache,tomcat,etc). Worked for a year (2015) using CA Lisa for service virtualization (created few hundred virtual services). Working knowledge of java using functionality of java14(especially streams) and using MariaDB as backend. Experimented and tried to use Oracle Enterprise Manager(2013-2016) for comparison and cloning of environments in non production environments, but the project was derailed for different reasons. Worked for the last 15 years in creating and maintaining integrated environments for QA for the Oracle/BEA suites of applications(WLS/WLI/ALSB). Evaluated and implemented a monitoring tool(HP Sitescope) the enterprise tool of choice to improve the availability of the non-production environments.
