Familiar with several applications: Cadence Allegro Layout Tools including Constrain Manager, also Mentor Graphics BoardStation RE, Fablink, DA Architect, Librarian, Valor etc. Specialties: High Density hardware design using cutting edge technology such as stacked HDI and ELIC conetctivity layout, 0.35mm and 0.4mm BGA IC packages and 60um line width and spacing. Layout of sensitive RF circuits, Differential pairs, high-speed DDR2, DDR3, Mipi Display lines, and WLAN/BT circuits.Confident of taking a design from the schematic stage, through the layout process like importing logic, adding design rules, setting up the artwork layers, stack-up, Fabrication Drawing, and ultimately sending out the Artwork Package in ODB++ for quotation. Also well versed in archiving design in Agile Greenfield, submitting Engineering Changes, all the way to qualifying the PCB or Flex Circuit.
