I dream big but know how to chart the path, do the work, and support my team. I’m looking for a role that challenges me to use all my skills and develop new ones as my profession is transformed by AI. I lead with optimism, a focus on building and maintaining relationships, and a willingness to meet people where they are instead of dragging them where they won’t be successful. Bringing teams together and coming to consensus is my goal. I’m most in my element when experimenting with new tools, building new ways to solve problems, and optimizing processes.
