I started my career as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating from UC Riverside with a BS in Business Administration and USC with a Masters in Accounting. I worked as a Chief Financial Officer for 16 years, helping to take a local technology company public on the Nasdaq Stock Market and achieving a company value of over $2 billion. I started my 2nd career in real estate in 2010, buying over 30 investment properties for remodel and resale, and have purchased, remodeled, leased, and sold 10 income properties. Residing in Corona, Norco, Riverside most of my life, I know the local real estate market well. With extensive real estate transaction experience, I have the dedication, work ethic and broad real estate, appraisal and finance and local market knowledge to help clients complete the best real estate transaction possible.
