I'm a Minneapolis, MN native and a proud alum of Saint John’s University, Collegeville, MN, where I earned degrees in Economics and Global Business. Currently, I call Downtown Minneapolis home. In the professional realm, I'm dedicated to three pillars: Real Estate Sales, Service, and Investment. As a top-tier Real Estate Agent with Edina Realty, I proudly hold the title of Executive Circle, positioning me within the top 50 agents among a cohort of over 2,300 Edina Realty professionals. Additionally, I'm the visionary behind Olio Group, a Managed Services provider serving Fortune businesses with expansive real estate portfolios. Our pioneering industry-leading software streamlines property management, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency. Furthermore, I actively invest in multifamily complexes of 100+ units, concentrating on vibrant suburbs adjacent to economically thriving U.S. cities. My role involves assisting equity investors in identifying and evaluating private investment opportunities, risk assessment, and project overviews. I execute tailored business plans for each asset in collaboration with property management, construction, and financial partners. Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm deeply committed to my community, coaching youth sports with the Armstrong Youth Hockey Association and the Armstrong High School boys' golf program. Volunteering is a fundamental part of my life, allowing me to share my passion for sports while giving back to the community. I also cherish golf during the summer and alpine skiing in the winter, and I find balance through yoga, providing a space for reflection and renewal.
