As the Director of Operations at Apex Therapeutics, I oversee the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in New York. I have a master's degree in interdisciplinary studies applied behavior analysis, and I am a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and a New York state licensed behavior analyst (NYSLBA). With over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology and mental health, I have a strong background in child development, autism spectrum disorder, and evidence-based interventions. Prior to joining Apex Therapeutics, I was the Director of Clinical Services at New York Therapy Placement Services, where I managed a large team of clinical professionals and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. I also have experience as a clinical supervisor, transition coordinator, and Medicaid service coordinator at QSAC, a leading nonprofit organization serving individuals with autism. My mission is to provide effective and compassionate care to the clients I serve, and to support the growth and development of the staff I work with. I am passionate about advancing the field of behavior analysis and improving the quality of life of people with special needs. I am eager to join a dynamic and diverse team that shares my vision and values, and that challenges me to learn and grow as a professional.
