About Dan Novello

I have been in the IT industry for over 35 years and I have been fortunate to experience a very diverse career. I have managed countless small and large-scale implementations in many different capacities (i.e Project Manager, Financial Planner, Statement of Work creator & reviewer, Lead Architect, Implementation Leader, and Subject Matter Expert). Along the way, I have earned many technical certifications and as a Principal Systems Engineer, I am currently considered a leader within my organization’s global presales community. I received a bachelor’s degree in engineering because I like to understand how things work, but my passion is technology. While I am a technologist, I spend a considerable amount of my time with management, both within my organization and my customers. I am involved with not only the technical conversations and presentations, but I also handle many business discussions along with the financial justification associated with large revenue sales transactions. Success in these endeavors requires the ability to determine the root cause of a customer issue and then provide succinct, well thought-out, and persuasive solutions that ultimately lead to a sold and positive business outcome.
