I provide IT support, research, development and recommendations which include the application of Cloud, Mobile, Social and Business Intelligence (BI) technologies. My focus is embracing these with the agility needed to achieve strategic business goals. My goal is to find full time employment where I can utilize my vast knowledge and experience in a strategic leadership role.As an IT Director managing a group of 50 IT professionals, I have had the distinct pleasure to mentor staff in both technical and management roles. Here I built a tight-knit, cohesive team responsible for Customer Service, Sales Support, Systems Development, Infrastructure and PC support.I have led many successful projects that were at the forefront of technology involving cross-functional teams. I was a member of the team to build an Oracle data warehouse to enable business analytics using the Cognos Business Intelligence (BI) platform. This was later migrated to Business Objects as a web-based BI solution, which was the foundation to deliver customizable dashboards to users as actionable data exceptions, KPIs and alerts in customer facing systems.I have been involved with architecting IT Infrastructure, databases, applications and mobile solutions in technical and management roles.
