About Dan Oconnor
I started programming when I was 6 on a Dragon 32 in BASIC. I progressed to an Archimedes (you'll probably need to Google all this.) and did more BASIC as well as ARM Assembler. I studied at UMIST on their (then) supremely arduous Software Engineering MEng course. During this period I attained excellent pool and social skills. I have done bits of Pascal, Java, and C++ but my employment experience has been mainly on MS code- VB6, VBA, VB.Net, C#, SQLServer and JavaScript all of which I consider myself to be proficient in. I still code for the love it and always want to learn more (but there's never the time!)
