A hard working individual with over 25 years in the construction field experience with 17 of them in management. Projects ranged from thousand to 600 million and up to 400 professionals under me. Highly skilled but not limited to: Reasoning ability, Communication skills, use of word and excel, reading and interpreting blue prints, keeping of professional journals, writing daily and monthly reports, welding, fitting, rigging, erection of structural steel, setting and alinement of equipment, crane installation and removal of large conventional luffing booms, installation and removal of hydraulic cranes, strand jacks, platform trailers, gantry cranes. Establishment of good working relationship with contractors/owners/subcontractors/crafts through the coordination of efforts to provide a safe and productive working environment for all contractors and owner representatives. Project erection activities include but not limited to: schedule control, cost control, craft superintendents' assignments, Iron Workers, Boilermakers, Millwrights, Pipefitters, Laborers, Electricians, and subcontractors. Completion of detailed Job hazard analysis for various projects. Review and approve all critical lift on the project, performing daily, weekly, monthly audits of all projects and facilities in order to ensure abatement of any deficiencies. Development and implementation of numerous safety and health programs, including, but not limited to confined space, lock-out tag-out, fall protection, hazard communication, ladders, scaffolds, aerial work platforms, suspended personnel platforms (man baskets), excavations, personal protection equipment, etc.
