About Dan Pohl

Dan Pohl is Kinectrics Director of Bruce Power Site. Dan is a recognized industry leader approaching two decades of progressive and proven nuclear power leadership experience with extensive working knowledge in nuclear plant EPMC, nuclear programs, nuclear plant operations, and outage management. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge and experience in strategic development, driving a culture of safety and high employee engagement, and in managing senior-level utility executive, regulatory (CNSC/USNRC) and community relations. In this position Dan, a local resident of Bruce County, has the following primary responsibilities: • Responsible for the Kinectrics staff on the Bruce Power site. Responsibilities include deployment, to maintain high billability, and the quality of work delivered to Bruce Power. • Grow capability and manage the currently executed engineering work, including approximately 80 locally-based engineers, and for future engineering services. This is expected to see the addition of a significant number of staff. • Manage Kinectrics Bruce Power site operations projects within the Master Services Agreement, and Major Component Replacement Project. Working as part of the Kinectrics Account team, act as a Kinectrics Senior Management Representative with Bruce Power, responsible for strategic business relationships and client management.
