Experience with a wide variety of electromechanical products including surgical robotics, miniaturized devices, handheld products, automation, and precision lab instrumentation. Experience includes products developed for medical, life sciences, industrial, commercial, and consumer markets. Direct contributor of concept generation, detailed CAD, prototype fabrication, FEA, tolerance analysis, confidence testing, vendor/contractor management, V&V, manufacturing transitions, etc.Fabrication expertise in complex injection molding (including overmolding), precision machined components, sheet metal, additive manufacturing, laser and ultrasonic welding.
