Have extensive application and application administration experience in additional to base os & operations experience. Vast experience on IBM i (AS/400) doing operating system upgrades from 3.7 to 7.3. Have the determination to things done and meet deadlines. Responsible for generating SOX compliance data for BPCS, os400, Aldon, Robot and Gentran. Received mentoring on the side to develop leadership skills so I can help others grow and reach their potential. This mentorship enhanced my skills as a IT manager. The fruit of applying mentoring principles of success have been many, but let me share one. I have been growing an IT troubleshooting knowledge network within our department to share both knowledge and experience across functional areas in order to bring added value to the business.
