My journey began in the classroom as a teacher—an experience that shaped how I lead: with empathy, clear communication, and a passion for developing others. These qualities continue to drive me today in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, where I’ve spent the past 10+ years pursuing a deeply personal mission. My “why”? To improve the lives of Canadian patients by bringing innovative, life-changing medications to market—especially in oncology. Having seen firsthand the impact of cancer within my own family, I’ve dedicated most of my career to oncology, focusing on breast and gynecologic cancers. I’ve successfully launched numerous brands and indications, helping ensure patients and healthcare providers have access to new and effective treatment options. I’ve also worked in the respiratory space within primary care. With cross-functional experience in marketing, sales leadership, and analytics, I bring a strategic, patient-centric approach to everything I do. Whether leading a product launch or building high-performing teams, I draw on both industry insight and my foundation as an educator. 🤝 I believe that when teams are empowered to contribute their strengths and continuously learn, we achieve the best outcomes—for each other, and for the patients we serve.
