I have 25 plus years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications industry. Over half of that time I excelled in Management roles. I have managed hundreds of projects, new technology deployments, staff development & performance reviews, budget development & management, service provider contract negotiations & service level compliance, organizational and process changes, & stakeholder expectations. From my many years of being in IT management roles in Corporate America, I am very understanding, and sympathetic to the environments, duties, and daily challenges that our clients IT & Telecommunications management are facing. This understanding has increased our level of success on the auditing & consulting projects that they have engaged us to do. We become an advocate to their organizations success & goals. My career has allowed me to experience working in a wide variety of corporate cultures. I find that no matter what the challenges or the tasks at hand are, it is important to be thorough, accurate, honest, responsible, timely, creative, and open minded. There is nothing wrong with keeping a good attitude and even having a little fun!
