About Dan Rosenberg

As the Head of Talent Attraction at Copenhagen Capacity, I have more than 10 years of experience in helping foreign businesses, investors, and talent in identifying, releasing, and capitalizing on business opportunities in the Greater Copenhagen area. My core competencies include employer branding, employer place branding, executive search, management consulting, market analysis, internationalization, and go-to-market strategy. My mission is to support the region's growth and competitiveness by attracting and matching international talents with the local demand. I work with various stakeholders, such as municipalities, universities, companies, and clusters, to design and execute talent attraction campaigns within life science, IT, and cleantech. We also manage a talent pool of over international and mobile talents within IT/Tech, Engineering, and Life Science, and a youth goodwill ambassador corps of more than pre-qualified international students and alumni from eight Danish universities.
