About Dan Rosenthal

Dan brings more than 25 years experience in class action settlement administrations to the KCC Class Action Services team. As Vice President for Class Action Services, Dan manages key client relationships and provides oversight throughout the settlement administration process. As the founder of Rosenthal & Company LLC, Dan has been an authority on noticing, claims processing, distributions and the tax reporting requirements for class action settlements. He has provided expert testimony on the efficacy of settlement administration relative to class action litigations. Dan’s insights and innovative approaches have proven invaluable to clients as he consults with them prior to implementation of settlements to craft an administration plan that is both time- and cost-effective. He is recognized as an industry expert and has presented at numerous conferences and events on trends in settlement administration. Prior to founding Rosenthal, Dan started DANART Communications, an advertising agency that specialized in media planning and placement of legal notices. He also served as Managing Director for one of the leading class action administrators. Prior to becoming involved with class action administration, Dan was in marketing management in the Consumer Products and High Technology fields. Dan received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
