I use my 22+ years of experience as a translational leader and enterprise application architect to consult and advise leadership to mature concepts into transformational initiatives, serve and lead strategic program architect and business teams, and work effectively to foster collaboration between business and IT partners to deliver successful change. Provide leadership in the architecture and design of strategic programs, product development projects, regulatory projects and innovative solutions for large and special customers. My focus is applied technology used to integrate and manage networks of people, transportation and information. The center of my focus are the interfaces between human and non-human network interaction. I have 15 years of experience in enhancing and integrating enterprise master data management systems with package marking, labeling and scanning systems to deliver sort information to operational staff used to align actual volume with planned network capacity and drive reliable and efficient material handling process execution. Recent past initiatives and projects include: FedEx Common Label and Barcode Lead the ideation of a strategic multi-year program to create and implement a common label, barcode, tracking number and product identification capability. Elevated strategic opportunities to the CIO and senior officer team to enhance and evolve legacy architectures into a growth platform. Responsible for program formulation including definition and development of program strategy, approach, roadmap and interface design and specification. Ensure successful results as the program enterprise application architect. Enterprise application architect for the following recent projects: FedEx OneRate, FedEx First Overnight enhancements and ITAR goods control improvements.
