PTFX ( Puresil-Techniflex ) and now incorporating Pure-Lock, are leading manufacturers of high purity and hygienic process components and specialising in the design and supply of Tech Transfer systems to Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Cosmetics, Personal Products, Food, Dairy, Brewery & Clean water sectors. Our core products include FDA & USP Class VI & E.P.3.1.9 Flexible process hoses and tube assemblies for use with most Pharma & Biotech applications, and our single-use products include custom molded high purity transfer and sampling components such as molded tubing manifolds, Braided Hose assemblies and critical media sampling systems, all of which are produced and packaged in our dedicated clean rooms and which can also be supplied Pre-packaged and gamma irradiated "Ready to Use". Our many years of on-site knowledge and expertise enables us to assist and advise all customers of their best options for improving their existing process equipment setup to offer a higher standard of manufacturing, transfer or filling systems which are cleaner, safer, improve reliability, minimise downtime, increase output capability and reduce ongoing manufacturing costs. We have clean manufacturing facilities where all of our Hygienic and sanitary hose products are manufactured to the highest possible standards, and all of our high purity tubing, hoses and custom molded components are provided with full material batch & lot traceability, and all PTFX high pressure hose and tube assemblies are fully pressure tested and certified prior to dispatch. PTFX currently works to ISO 9001-2015 quality standards and the materials we use meet or exceed: USP Class VI, EP 3.1.9, 3A, ISO & FDA requirements and our high purity transfer components are all animal free / TSE compliant and are free from phthalates. We offer a quick turnaround service were in most cases our flexible process hoses can be manufactured and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, we also offer a same day service if required.
