About Dan Sheerin

I want to help everyone I meet see their full potential. My WHY? Encourage others. I am a Tribe 4 leader who practices Radical Candor and avoids Leadership and Self-Deception. I'm with Jocko, all excuses are lies, so I embrace Extreme Ownership. My top five strengths: Individualization, Arranger, Connectedness, Strategic, and Belief. I have learned we are Better Together and I have learned that Leaders Eat Last.I am all about collaboration - rising waters lift all ships.Have you ever helped someone else expecting nothing in return? I HIGHLY recommend that you try it - you'll like it.My work consists of leading a contact center for a $2 billion credit union in Central Florida. I am responsible for driving sales goals, member satisfaction, and employee well being. I love the idea of sharing best practices and pooling resources. I try my best to push at collaboration and a culture of empowerment and self-determination.Tell me about a TED Talk, book, article, conference, ANYTHING that will help me grow to help others grow.
