Over the last 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of founding and leading three companies from inception to over $100 million in annual revenue and one that surpassed $1 billion, culminating in a public offering: Biofuel Energy Corp (NASDAQ: BIOF). Currently, at Sunny, where we are simplifying healthcare by integrating payments, benefits, and rewards into a seamless, intuitive platform. Together with my trusted team—many of whom I partnered with at Welltok, where we raised $250 million, acquired seven companies, and became leaders in healthcare consumer engagement—we’re creating solutions that drive real value for payers and consumers alike. In under two years, we’ve raised $18 million, launched two groundbreaking software products, and secured a strategic partnership with Costco to help members achieve unmatched savings. Prior to Sunny, I served as a founder, CEO/COO, and investor, with a proven track record of building high-growth technology companies and creating shareholder value. My experience includes multiple successful exits, including mergers, acquisitions, increased valuations, and IPOs. Along the way, I’ve helped scale businesses across 30 countries, served on the boards of multiple companies, universities, and non-profits, and refined a process for leading startups through exponential growth.
