Armed with a BBA in Marketing, I have dedicated years to building a foundation in the field of Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Employment Services, Recruiting, and Customer Success. My university studies taught me the importance of creating value for unmet needs and wants. My time in the field of Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and all other Customer-related work has taught me the value of building trusting relationships, nurturing industry connections, and going above and beyond at every opportunity to achieve results. Through many years of playing competitive football and rugby, as well as being part of my university's improv comedy troupe, I have learned that a team is strong through collective energy, trust, communication, focus, and support; not merely just the skills of the individuals involved. And finally, my years as an uncle to many nieces and nephews has taught me to have fun and remember that there are many different ways to see the world around us.
