I take a different approach to traditional recruitment and work with clients to become a true talent acquisition partner. As a result, I have worked with some clients for several years and not just on one-off projects. While I appreciate the need for reactive recruitment models, I want to partner with clients on a longer-term basis to provide a proactive, strategic approach aimed at identifying and attracting top talent for future needs by building a talent pipeline and considering long-term organisational goals.
