Mr. Stock is a Senior Economist, research manager, analyst and consultant experienced in the development and execution of innovative methods to collect and analyze information to support the research goals of his clients which have included U.S Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Army Logistics Innovation Agency, U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Transport Canada, as well as regional, state and metropolitan jurisdictions, and private firms. His experience for over four decades includes Financial and Economic Assessments, Benefit/Cost Analysis, Operations Analysis, Public Policy Analysis, Business Case Development, and planning and research design and management. Mr. Stock’s research focus for the past 30 years has been on determining the impacts of programmatic, technological and infrastructure improvements on the profitability, safety and security of transportation and logistics systems.
