My expertise spans both hands-on implementation of tactical objectives and development of short and long term strategies to support organizational growth goals. Some of my proudest achievements include improving Start On Line performance of New Product Introductions (NPI) from 20% to 99%, designing and implementing a two-year training program for staff level employees and managers to improve inventory management, and conducting complex supplier capacity analysis to improve enterprise profitability.
