I have spent the past 25 years leading, growing, advising and transforming businesses through periods of significant market disruption and regulatory, economic and technological change. I gravitate towards strategic challenges and entrepreneurial opportunities and particularly enjoy galvanising and developing teams to be a source of competitive advantage. I am always interested in applying my leadership skills and broad business experience to new organisations and potentially new sectors, who are challenging the status quo and looking to grow and make a real difference to their customers, people and society more broadly.
