About Dan Thompson
After finishing college in October 2015, I was fortunate to land a job with the amazing support team at Exinda inc. in February 2016. Unfortunately the company was sold and relocated at the end of the year, but I was able to start at Netsweeper Inc. in January of 2017, where I have been a part of their excellent support team ever since. I was recently promoted to Team Lead of Support and I'm excited to be starting this new challenge I have a strong customer service and sales background from my time with Future Shop and Aarvato Digital Services, which is founded on my problem solving skills and a very "Canadianesque" ability to empathize with customers. Outside of work I am a husband and proud father of three amazing daughters. I also enjoy playing guitar in a variety of settings, from acoustic blues to electrified classic and modern rock.
