My academic background includes a PhD in mass communication and a masters in TV/film, which has provided me with a strong theoretical foundation for my work. For over a decade, I served as an online education administrator and instructor, developing and implementing effective virtual learning strategies. I have gained a global perspective through my experience working for a year each in Japan and China.
