I am an experienced technology professional specializing in Document Composition and delivery. I have worked in many market verticals utilizing leading composition toolsets. My goal is to help organizations solve their current challenges relating to the creation and delivery of customer communication documents. This is accomplished by recommending a strategic direction to support their business objectives. This involves evaluating current state and developing solutions, architecting new systems and mentoring client staff through achievement of proficiency with the toolset. I have a strong background with the operational aspects of document production and am knowledgeable in both printer/mailing hardware technologies and a wide variety of PDLs. I have architected document delivery platforms for batch, on-demand generation and web presentation. Hands on experience with many different industry toolsets over the past 27 years.
