As an expert personal and commercial senior insurance executive (CPCU), I have strategically grown businesses on a global scale; through business transformation, new market entry, product innovation, as well as challenging and supporting diverse teams focused on excellence and integrity in service delivery to our customers and partners. Of particular interest is serving expatriates, offering products they often cannot access in local or regional markets. Having a deep knowledge of risk assessment, management and mitigation have helped the organizations that I have led and our partners well. While leading Clements Worldwide, I was responsible for navigating unique regulations, licensing, legal and market nuances which allowed for rapid, profitable growth of the organization. I built trusted relationships in the market and with oversight bodies and expanded our brand and credibility on multiple continents.
