About Dan Vezina

The back office seems to be where I live. I’ve gained experience in people management with a focus on leading a centre of expertise responsible for implementing and maintaining government-wide HR business processes. I’ve also worked in IM/IT responsible for enabling programs with service and mobility solutions to enhance their client experience. I love working on business transformation initiatives and I’ve spent a large part of my career positioning transformation initiatives for funding and execution to help add value to organizations. My current passion is on service management and in building a Service Management Office that can enable program and service managers to better understand and respond to their client needs and address their operational pain points. all while becoming increasingly more digital.
