In both the heat of the summer and the frigid Minnesota winter, I can be spotted running up steep hills. WHY? Running started as a way for me to connect with friends and has since turned into a passionate outlet to challenge my limits, enjoy hard work, and keep up with my wife on hiking trips. Running has helped me turn into a loyal and compassionate member of a team as I build relationships with others who want to test their capabilities.
