I'm a flexible, quick-thinking MBA candidate and Dean's Honour List BA graduate with a double major in Legal Studies and Business. I have over 20 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-based environment with roles in operations and food services management. I currently work in the operations separtment at African Lion Safari in Ontario, Canada, where I mentor and manage a team of 20 by focusing on bringing out the best in their abilities, tailoring my approach to individual requirements and results. I have a passion for understanding people's needs and finding unique and creative ways to capture their attention. I also have a highly analytical mind and a firm belief that actions need to be backed by numbers and proven with results. I am a lifelong learner with an extensive background in multiple subjects, which gives me a unique perspective and allows both my creative and analytical sides to shine. I actively seek challenges and have a proven track record of delivering consistent results under pressure.
