Daniel has an extensive career in multinational organizations spanning various roles across Supply Chain, Operations and Project Management. Previously based in China, Daniel supported the Consumer Brands business and helped to transform the local SC team and infrastructure to deliver a competitive edge. As a leader and change agent with End to End (E2E) Supply Chain knowledge who can see opportunities, Daniel worked with local authorities and internal stakeholders to drive down supply leadtime to market and enhance Fonterra's value proposition. As a skilled negotiator with strong commercial and financial experience, Daniel has also leveraged volume and scale to initiate and deliver improved SLA's with local suppliers. This has led to some major business improvements and cost savings without compromising safety, product quality or sustainable supply. As a results driven, motivated professional, Daniel is a team player who is passionate to learn but open minded with a strong self awareness and change agility. Prior to this role, Daniel was responsible for Fonterra Australia’s SC Warehouse Operations. Prior to Fonterra, Daniel worked for George Weston Foods in Supply Chain and Business Improvement/Project Management. He has also worked in Operational and Improvement roles in the Automotive industry. Daniel has experience in International & Domestic Supply Chains, coupled with IT systems (SAP) and 3PL implementations with a focus on Project and Change Management. Daniel’s diverse background across several areas has enabled him to lead and work within various teams to achieve many successful outcomes. He founded Perpetual Dynamics in 2016 and commenced Facilities Management Activities full time in 2018. He also has a Level 2 accredited Chinese Mandarin speaking ability.
