About Dan Wilner

As the founder and CEO of Stone Pine, I help growth-stage climate companies and funds transform how they think and talk about their work. I've helped raise over $625M. I'm also a Venture Partner at Virta Ventures, I work with the Khosla Ventures climate portfolio, and I advise senior leaders at Conservation International. My work has spanned climate, fintech, health care, real estate, industrials, and media. Beyond startups, my clients have included Barrick, Brookings, RedBird, McKinsey, and Illumination Entertainment. I recently helped Omie raise a $160M growth round, and I helped Divergent Technologies with its $160M series C. I was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, studied philosophy at Harvard, and am a Zen Buddhist passionate about ecodharma and dog rescue.
