INNOVATIVE CONTRIBUTIONS AT WK Initiated, presented, and directed the creation and implementation of a multi-million dollar world class professional services organization. Core services included remote and onsite training, consulting and software installation services; custom internal audit reporting, custom software development and project management. Used Lean Six Sigma Black Belt experience to drive several projects to achieve worldwide operational excellence. Eliminated or reduced waste and operational variance providing substantial cost savings and additional annual revenues. Managed a department that serviced hundreds of customers providing tens of thousands of hours of international professional services and accompanying revenue stream. Directed software international hosting services team that provided remote access via the web to the software products. Over a five year period, this global service has grown to over 250 customers and over 3,500 global users.
