I’m an Elmhurst college graduate with a degree in Computer Gaming & Entertainment Technology and a minor in computer science. I've recently transitioned into a full time IT career path and have CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications. For the past 5 years, I have helped organizations by providing a high level of customer service and support to ensure that needs are met on time and with a high level of satisfaction I offer 5 years of experience in the service and retail industries focusing on operations, IT, customer service, and sales. Most of my work has been in smaller organizations and my strengths include critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills to provide timely and efficient support to projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met or exceeded. I utilize critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills in technical support to diagnose the issue and provide hardware and software troubleshooting. I work well with customers to successfully solve challenges and meet their needs. Lastly, I have knowledge in creating efficiencies and standard operating procedures.
