With over 12 years of experience in health and safety, I am a passionate and dedicated coordinator at Teck Coal Limited, one of the largest diversified mining companies in Canada. I have been working with Teck Coal since 2012, providing workplace safety and occupational health consultancy to various operations and projects across the country. I have developed and implemented multiple health and safety policies, programs, and procedures, as well as conducted audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. I have also facilitated training and awareness sessions, as well as supported the development of risk assessments and emergency plans. My core competencies include workplace safety, occupational health, health and safety consultancy, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
