About Dana Blatte

I am a senior at Hamilton College studying Cultural Anthropology and Creative Writing with interests in sociolinguistics, folklore, food studies, and speculative fiction. In addition, I studied Advanced Chinese at National Taiwan University (NTU) in Spring 2025. I am committed to furthering the public humanities through storytelling. I have produced nonfiction content for the National Endowment for the Humanities, National Park Service, and National Air and Space Museum and published creative writing in THRUSH Poetry Journal, Redivider, and The Adroit Journal. During the academic year, I serve as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Red Weather Literary Magazine, a Senior Fellow at the Hamilton College Community Outreach and Opportunity Project (COOP), and a FYE Leader in the the First-Year Experience (FYE) Program.
