About Dana Bloder

Early in my career, I worked in film, television and commercials with the best directors, cinematographers and editors in the business. It taught me focus, tenacity, artistry, resourcefulness, flexibility and strength of both character and voice. In an industry where credits count, I loved working behind the scenes with a team to realize a creative vision.With these strengths and craving additional challenges, I found a new calling in construction and property management and have been sharpening my skills ever since. I deliver profitability. I build lasting relationships with clients and vendors. I creatively utilize resources, introduce efficiencies and implement the right tools to evaluate and measure results. I just roll up my sleeves, in any role, to get the job done as a team member or as the leader. I’ve even been known to jump on a flight to another country when a courier couldn’t deliver. No job has ever been beneath me. No assignment too hard to manage, navigate or trouble-shoot. No conversation too hard to have (I don’t hide behind email, either). What motivates me the most? Helping others shine. Because it’s still not about getting the credit.
