I am a dynamic leader with a deep appreciation for the arts and a commitment to shaping cultural experiences. Currently I am the Managing Director at Oeno Gallery. I have over 15 years experience in the art world/market with a deep passion for the arts, a keen understanding of contemporary visual culture, and a proven track record in gallery management. My strengths and loves in this work involves overseeing a diverse collection featuring works from over 100 painters and sculptors, as well as managing a captivating outdoor sculpture garden open to the public. I assist and conceptualize and execute a dynamic annual exhibition calendar, showcasing both established and mid career artists. Collaborate with artists, curators, and collectors to create engaging and thought-provoking exhibitions. Collaborate with artists to commission new outdoor sculptures and installations. Act as an ambassador for the gallery, developing and maintaining relationships with local artists, collectors, patrons, and community leaders. Organize and promote events, educational programs, and outreach initiatives to engage a diverse audience. I also support a sales team through which we build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Keep clients informed about new arrivals, upcoming exhibitions, and gallery events to encourage repeat business and referrals. I engage with clients to understand their artistic preferences, desires, and requirements and provide expert advice on artworks, helping clients make informed purchasing decisions based on their tastes and preferences. Oeno Gallery actively promotes and sells artworks from the gallery's collection and often exceeding sales targets. I continue to hone and utilize effective sales techniques to create a compelling and enjoyable buying experience for clients.
