Give us a call here at Boutique De Balloon, so we can make your party come alive. With 15 years experience doing balloons at a company that was in Covina, I was destined to make other peoples dreams come true through balloon decor. When that business broke up, I took the experience and creativeness that I have and with the help with my now husband, opened BDB in 2002. We have been in business now for over 11 years and we hope to keep making parties come alive for years to come!
