I’m an ICF-certified Leadership and Executive Coach (PCC) with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP), and extensive experience as a senior leader and corporate counsel. For a decade, I’ve coached senior leaders and executives across the globe—from multinational corporations to high-growth companies and start-ups—supporting them in navigating complexity, leading with authenticity, and building purpose-driven careers and cultures. I previously served as senior legal counsel and corporate counsel in a global high-tech company, and as a senior mergers and acquisitions (M&A) commercial lawyer (LL.B.) in top-tier law firms. During this time, I led complex cross-border transactions, including M&A and investment deals, with a strong focus on technology-driven deals. I also provided ongoing strategic legal advice to executive leadership teams in both global corporations and start-ups on topics such as post-merger integration, intellectual property, and a broad range of commercial agreements. This diverse background enables me to bring a strategic, practical, and empathetic approach to coaching—empowering individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable growth, clarity, and resilience. My research focuses on career development, occupational calling, character strengths, and positive emotions. I regularly lecture and lead workshops on topics such as positive psychology, positive leadership, the science of character strengths, well-being, the science of happiness, and emotional resilience—bringing both academic insight and real-world experience to every interaction.
