About Dana Corfield

I am an Integrated counsellor using an approach informed by the best of current (validated) theories and techniques in my private practice and am a passionate supporter of mental health in the workplace. I have been in customer facing roles throughout my working life and took a career decision to train as a professional counsellor and psychotherapist, now dividing my time between private client work and counselling and consultancy related to the working environment. I am available for 121 counselling sessions and also provide mental heath clinics within the workplace for execs and their teams within businesses. Furthermore, I design and deliver dedicated programmes of 6-10 sessions for individuals facing a range of challenges to support both the individual and the organisation. Life can be challenging and the workplace even more so and at times we need a little support to enable us to maximise our potential and navigate through difficult times. Even with limited solutions-focussed sessions, it is often possible to achieve significant results (as my experience of providing time limited counselling services within primary health care demonstrated). Recognising the need and accessing help is often not an easy decision but done in time it can lead to a positive outcome for both the company and the individual.
