About Dana Dearmon

Working in global humanitarian development, I support teams in nearly 20 countries by providing timely, accurate reporting, technical CRM support (Salesforce, Taroworks), and documentation of policies and procedures related to important tasks and functions throughout the global organization. In the 7 years of experience providing global support to field teams, I have worked with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Community of Practice, the Sanitation & Hygiene Technical Working Group, and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at Living Water International. I have assisted with the development and implementation of Salesforce and Taroworks mobile data collection to connect and highlight the work of field teams with donors and sponsors. I have provided automated reporting processes to help the organization remain efficient and agile. I have also established the Living Water Knowledge Hub - a knowledge management system that makes policies, procedures, and other necessary documentation accessible to the global organization.
