About Dana Dellinger

With over fifteen years of experience in higher education, I am a leader in learning and development who believes in the importance of education to produce informed, responsible citizens. I have a Master of Arts degree in Communication from New Mexico State University, where I also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Instructor for two and a half years. I have a proven track record of building trust and developing effective relationships with a diverse adult student body, faculty, and staff. I have demonstrated the ability to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging and impactful instructional programs and materials, using various platforms and tools, such as Adobe Spark, social networking, and writing. I have also counseled and supported students in achieving their academic and non-academic goals, resolving problems, and making referrals. I am highly focused and results-oriented, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. I thrive in challenging and complex environments, where I can apply my strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
