About Dana Donald

Dana decided to take a stab at Environmental Technology, majoring in Air Pollution Studies at Mount Royal College (now Mount Royal University) through achieving a diploma in the field. This training brought her to her first employment opportunity within Edmonton at Maxxam Analytics Inc. Initially starting in the Ambient Air Monitoring department and leaving the company 4 years later from the Industrial Customer Service side, she found her "natural" position with Gemini Machine Works Inc. In 2006, Dana took on the position of Office Manager, which came with such job descriptions as Receptionist, Purchaser, Payroll Officer, Events Coordinator, HR Manager, Safety Officer, among others. With her long list of titles and a particular penchant for details, she streamlines Gemini's business processes along side the Management Team. To date, her favourite project has been taking the company's WCB Certification of Recognition (COR) and ISO Program under her wing, making the well-being of ther coworkers her priority. With her long list of tasks to complete, she is never short of something to do, but is always available to help out where she can. Dana has been part of the Gemini team from the small, condo bay shop on 19th Avenue, Nisku to the world class facility it is today in the newly developed East end of Nisku."In for the long haul!"
